You can browse our website without telling us who you are, but we need your contact and delivery details to fulfil an order.

Personalisation often includes a child's name or a special date. We use these details only to make and deliver your order and to help with any questions about it. We never use them for marketing.

Overseas storage
Some of our service providers store or process personal information outside Australia, in countries including Canada and the United States.
Marketing
If you join our mailing list or otherwise agree to receive marketing from Rae & Roxley, we may send you news, product releases and other updates.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we'll stop sending you marketing within five business days. We'll still contact you about any orders you place.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, remember your preferences, and support analytics and advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, the privacy or cookie controls on our website.
Customer photos
If you give us permission to share a photo of your Rae & Roxley piece, we'll use it only as you agreed. We'll never use images of children without a parent or guardian's express consent. You can ask us to stop using a photo at any time and we'll remove it from our website and future marketing.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work with established providers and limit access to those who need it.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it. Order records are generally kept for five years for tax and legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@raeandroxley.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you may also be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technology or legal obligations. The current version will always be available on our website.
